Out, damn laptop! Up until the wee small hours, news and Scrabble devouring my precious downtime. I am seriously thinking about installing one of those programmes as favoured by Zadie Smith to help her write her books.

I knew one day someone would copyright "freedom" just as I know someone one day will find a way to charge us for the air we breathe.

Zadie swears by software that limit your access to social networks, including ones called Freedom© and Self Control©.
